Because this was an initial prototype to test viability, I decided to use an Arduino Yun. Not only did it exceed the amount of processing power needed, but it was also easy to code and integrate with Temboo. Forty-eight hours after briefing, I was able show the first prototype and confirm that the idea was viable. The campaign was a huge success, proving that the Tweeting Kettleled to a 52.8% reduction in the amount of energy used, as compared to a regular kettle in offices around the country.
The final version of the Tweeting Kettle and the accompanying video were made by Telegram, a Czech company specializing in out-of-the-box productions like this.
